7 Year Old Football Prodigy With Locs Gets Props From Lebron James And Other Pro Athletes

“I’m Blaze, I’m 7, and I play football.” – Blaze

Rudolph “Blaze” Ingram, now 7 years old, is years ahead of his time.

His amazing athletic abilities and skills on the football field have gotten the attention of many professional athletes like, O.J. Howard, Ike Taylor, Josh Gordan and more!

Even Lebron James recently commented on a video of Blaze doing what he does best,

“Sheesh!! Man he shifty as hell and the fact his was switching the ball to his other hand on the right side away from the defender is even more impressive…”

This kid definitely has a bright future ahead of him.

I’ve got to add something else, I love how engaged Blaze’s father is in his life. In the ‘No Days Off’ video you’ll see how emotional the father gets at the end because he is so proud of his son. Sure, we never know what goes on behind the scenes but from what I see both the father and son deserve a round of applause, they are both two awesome human beings.

This young boy and his father should be an inspiration and motivation for all of us. To me, it inspires a desire to be a better parent. To me it says, ‘through tragedy and triumph we will get through this together’.
