Malcolm X: “When black people who are being oppressed become impatient….”

Malcolm X, who at the time was the chief spokesman of the black muslim movement (NOI), explains to a frustrated and heartbroken African American audience that the NYPD was responsible for the shooting of “seven innocent unarmed black men”. One of the men, suffered fatal wounds and died. Ronald Stokes, a respected member of the NOI, was murdered on April 27, 1962.
