Dr. Michael “Mike” Joseph Ryan, Executive Director of the World Health Organization’s Health Emergencies Programme suggested in a press briefing that military should start invading homes to look for “infected” people, and at their discretion remove “infected” people, and isolate them indefinitely (probably in an undisclosed and unaccessible location).
